Abstract

Within the framework of zero – range potential model in GaAs/AlGaAs quantum well with A+ and A2+ centers are calculated. Shown that the model  A2+ centers can adequately describe the experimental evidence of the existence of molecular states centers A+ in 2D – GaAs/AlGaAs structures.
