DISTINCTIVE FEATURES OF MOLECULAR STATES OF A⁺-CENTRES IN 2D-STRUCTURES

Within the framework of zero – range potential model in GaAs/AlGaAs quantum well with A⁺ and A₂⁺ centers are calculated. Shown that the model  A₂⁺ centers can adequately describe the experimental evidence of the existence of molecular states centers A⁺ in 2D – GaAs/AlGaAs structures.
